Returns & Refunds
We want you to love Melo. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unopened and in their original packaging. You'll need your receipt or proof of purchase to process a return.
To start a return, email us at hello@drinkmelo.com. Please don't send anything back without reaching out first — returns sent without prior approval won't be accepted. Once your return is approved we'll send you a prepaid shipping label and instructions. Please send approved returns to:

Damages & Wrong Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect please email hello@drinkmelo.com immediately with a photo of the issue and we'll take care of it straight away.
Non-Returnable Items We're unable to accept returns on opened products, sale items, or gift cards. If you're unsure whether your item is eligible please email us before sending anything back.
Exchanges The quickest way to exchange a product is to return your original item and place a new order once the return is approved.
Refunds Once we've received and inspected your return we'll let you know if it's been approved. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund. If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't seen it please email hello@drinkmelo.com.
