REFUNDS
All sales are final and no refund will be issued.
If you have received an order that has been damaged during shipment please notify Melo within 48 hours of receipt by sending an email to: hello@drinkmelo.com along with a description of the damage and a clear photo of the damaged item(s). After reviewing the claim and as applicable, Melo will issue a full refund or replace the damaged item(s) at their digression.
